I have chosen print on the polyester based paper, Fuji Crystal Archive FujiFlex, also known as "Supergloss". This light sensitive photo paper is exposed in a digital photographic enlarger called a Chromira using Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) and then processed in normal darkroom chemistry. The result is a continuous-tone, true photographic print of superlative quality that will last well over 60 years before any noticeable fading occurs. FujiFlex prints have a unique luminescent quality that, when properly lit, appear to glow from within. Colors are deep and saturated, shadow detail is excellent and the tonal reproduction is well balanced.
All prints come mounted and matted with my signature in the lower right hand corner of the mat below the bevel cut. I mount all my prints to acid free foam core using archival photo strips. This method allows the print to hang freely, without the use of adhesives or tape, thereby preserving the integrity of the print. For the overmat, I use white acid free 4-ply Alpha Rag mat board, which is at the top tier in archival matting. These mats are made from cotton rag which is naturally acid free and requires no treatment to render them archival. Prints over 13'' x 20'' come with a double mat; 13'' x 20'' and smaller come with a single mat. I cut all my own mats using a top of the line Keencut mat cutter. I gaurantee every cut will be clean and precise.
